Beauty Contact is a licensee, distributor, agent, consultant, master distributor, producer and service provider for luxury goods operating out of Dubai, US and Canada. With the vision, ambition and determination of its founder, Beauty Contact has crossed many milestones over the last few years and within a short span has positioned itself as a global player among some of the leading perfume companies in the world. Backed with a lot of success and having earned the trust and confidence of customers within the Middle East, North Africa and The Sub Continent there came the ambitious streak and desire to take the company global.

Eventually with his Never-say-Die attitude, the highly motivated and determined founder achieved a major milestone in the short history of Beauty Contact by signing a Global License Agreement with General Motors.

MANAGEMENT

Mr. Alwyn Stephen
President/CEO

Mr Alwyn Stephen began his career in the United Arab Emirates way back in 1985. It was by sheer coincidence in 1988, he got into the fragrance business and from that year on there was no turning back. In the year 1997 he took over the reigns of an existing perfume company that distributed some of the finest names in the fragrance business.

Unsatisfied by just taking over and managing an existing company, in the year 2000 he took up a new challenge and set up a distribution company from scratch for one of the leading retailers in the Middle East. This company today is a US$ 80 million company in wholesale turnover per annum focusing mainly on the luxury business of beauty and has become an important player in the distribution of luxury goods throughout the Middle East.

In the year 2002, Mr Stephen decided it was time to move on after successfully setting up the distribution arm for the largest luxury retailer in the Middle East and that’s how Beauty Contact came into being. After having put in over 15 years as a distributor he decided to move over to the other side of the fence and represent Suppliers/ Principal Companies for the entire Middle East, North Africa and the Indian Sub Continent. It was during this time that Mr Stephen secured consultancy/agencies and master distribution rights for some of the leading names in the fragrance business such as Paris Hilton, Guess, Swiss Army, Maria Sharapova, Andy Roddick, Jessica Simpson, Alfred Sung, Hummer, Nicole Miller, Jivago, Perry Ellis just to name a few.

In the year 2005 Mr. Stephen decided to go into licensing and take Beauty Contact Global and the first license signed by Beauty Contact was for CADILLAC FRAGRANCES , under license by General Motors – USA  to design, develop, produce and distribute fragrances worldwide under the name of CADILLAC.

Beauty Contact recently signed an agreement to design, develop, produce and market Madonna Nudes 1979 fragrances. Negotiations are on with some Fashion Designers in North America to sign new fragrance license agreements.

Ms. Aquillha
Vice President/ Managing Director

Aquillha has been in the marketing environment for the last 11 years in the United Arab Emirates, during which time she was involved with prestige brands of perfumes, cosmetics and skin-care.

She started her career as Beauty Consultant and then Supervisor for La Prairie skincare. During this time she was responsible for sales, training and promotional activities for the brand.

She then moved on and worked in the capacity of Brand Manager and Area manager for brands such as Max Factor, Pupa, Methode Jeanne Piaubert, Matis, Valmont etc. During this time she had been actively involved with Budgeting, Forecasting, Sales,  reports, Pricing, Advertising and promotional plans, hiring of staff, training etc. In short everything to do with the total and independent management of brands, within the UAE and was also responsible overall for other countries in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Lebanon.

Aquillha joined Beauty Contact in 2004  and concentrates on the Marketing and promotional activities of the company’s brands.

Mr. Levi
Director
Production & QC

Accomplished senior level professional, recognized as a resourceful team player with a strong focus on process efficiency and quality. A science graduate from the University of Bombay and FDA, India, Levi has been actively involved in the manufacturing of Perfumes and Cosmetics for over 18 years.

Started his career with Colfax Laboratories, Goa – India, the manufacturers of Old Spice range of Men’s toiletries as a Production Supervisor. Thereafter he joined the prestigious Swiss Arabian Perfumes in Dubai as a Production in charge looking after the entire production of Perfumes, Body Sprays and Personal Care products.

Presently working with Beauty Contact, responsibilities include Designing and Development of Packaging, Procurement and Supply Chain Planning, Production and Quality Control at the manufacturer facility and Coordinating the Shipping and Logistics to global locations.
